in my experience i would much rather play a billy or bucks as u can usually tell where you are pretty much straight off! had some amazing results and some average ones. took £150 out of ones and ioud it £25 once- i was lucky and it went nuts plus i trapped it twice too. Only flashed the once- was £25 jp.

Also have one in my local which gets a lot of play and its on £35, i have had loads of flat £35 red middles but had the flash after for either the £70 or another £35. Only had £105 twice in a year on that machine in 1 go. I think they are good machines.

Ah, now that does make sense... :(

I do agree that it 'is' difficult if the first board is offering good signs and then you find yourself £40/£50 in and not a sniff of the pot has come your way. Although being on 70% I 'probably' wouldn't have even given it a quid.

Spotted a few 70% machines around my way recently - in good pubs / old good places too. I only find them good for a place to rest my pint whilst I pop to the gents... ;)

A bit off topic but i have a stack attack on 70% thats been in this pub for over a year, and it loves to go £75, never had one this good, hope it stays for another year.

I stuggle to believe this, 'usually gets a top' i reckon you could do a ton in a billy/bucks just collecting all the £3 wins, would take a while though, especially if its lively to begin with, i've been a ton in on these forcing from full and offering £10 cash shot early doors, it just kept going flat £35 on me over and over, ended up losing about a score and was on it over an hour, i have had some great results on these, thats what keep me going back, including the huge £140 it does every so often, first £35 made up of bits then 3 lots of cool games on the trot, all from the same board, i reckon your mate has been lucky alcozar.
Seen him play 3 gamesmedias in last 2 weeks, he's topped 2 warpeds (50i flasher and 35 flat non flasher) and btq once (flat 35 flasher followed by a nice 3 red super strikes for 8 + guaranteed 8 for extra 16), all played on 50p stake.

Not sayiing i've not seen him lose before then but recent strike rate indicates he's either stumbled on something (not noticed anything different in playing style, same 5 in, 3 out e.t.c, punch machine when it doesn't eventually pay out munter tactics while recycling wins), doesn't seem like anyone else has had/seen similar results so maybe it's luck but i'm thinking it may be a possible exploit in the machine profile that he's stumbled on (or got some good info), something like on a DOND CYBTB before it was widespread...

Yeah they can do that, had one do £10er shot and 4 strikes first board last week, ended up £170 in by the time i'd recycled 2 flats and got a £105. Still buzzing after, rechased and got a £70 followed by a £35 middle. Still lost £40 on it though, just have to take these losses. From £170 in i was happy just to get away with a £40 hit!
