Money Spinner

Post by Nice Tony »

I saw this machine (Money Spinner) in O'Neills, opposite Clapham Common tube station. It's by QPS. The artwork looks pretty similar to High 'n' Mighty by Mazooma of a few years ago.

Has anyone played it (Money Spinner)? Is there knocking back for fine-sized Mega Streaks, like on High 'n' Mighty?

I saw another one, in a pub called The Artful Dodger, near Tower Hill tube station (I think it's on Royal Mint Street).

Interestingly, this one was actually different to the one that I saw in Clapham. This one had Cash or Bust on it, whoop, whoop. I wonder if it's the same as the Bell Fruit Cash or Bust. I got jackpot from Cash or Bust, great stuff. I'm not sure if the two things are linked.

Has anyone seen any Money Spinners with Cash or Bust? Have you been taking jackpots?

I played a Money Spinner this afternoon, it has a cob button which busted me the 3 times i pressed it, it's 3 reels for 30 and 4 for 50, i got number runner from bonus, had to stretch my hand like fuck to hold all 4 buttons, your fucked if you have small hands. Got up to 6 quid on the cash trail from NR, if i had put more thought to it i could have went higher, you can't collect on a question mark but i think that's the norm with Mazooma's, even though the one i played had a QPS badge on it.

they all have the cash or bust button now, the original profile, which failed test did indeed not have the cash or bust option on it, the profile was slightly different as well in the fact that the features could pay more when red, even jackpot which is not obtainable now

Yip, I thought the profile felt slightly different; there were certainly a lot less £2 boards on the new version. Were you able to use the Make It Win on a Mystery, on the first version?

one of these has popped up in a mainstream pub, possibly indication of it passing test?

I've taken the middle game a few times (noramlyl via nudging in the dial on the right reel) and I've always gambled it to 15 (never dared to go over), so pretty chuffed.

Two of these have popped up near me. Played one of them last night put in £5 got in via the dial on reel 4 then played round the board and gave me three red dials via a no lose hi low. So, I'm now invincible 1st move took me to nudges, next move took me to mystery which gave me yes no continue, button never lit up to turn them both yes tried it anyway hit start went to a no. Game over. Utter sh!t*. How can you die on an invincible :x Put in another 80 to get a 70 mega streak then dead.

yep I had this myself, £20 in for this "invincible" which it says on the screen and the name flashes, cue then a few moves later, mystery game over?!?!?! £60 more for another IM and this time I just hi-lo'd on the add cash square for the MS which did £35...

bloody awful machine.
