Preferred machines

Post by Tipsey Tyke »

At the moment my local has that piece of shit Juggling Jackpots. I've had a word with the landlady who said that she'll get it changed. She's asked if there is a paticular machine that I'd like and she'll see what she can do.

Anybody have any suggestions for a decent machine that plays well and has some good hidden gems that you may be good enough to share with me?

I would ask for a machine I have only ever seen once in my life - Flashback, the last VIU clone. Probably the last decent machine Barcrest made (other than TAW).

By the way, am I missing something or did this fail test :? :

flashback was an utterly shit m/c in all respects. it 'knew' all of the ways that you could get a quick jp from it and blocks them (i.e super nearest, SH, tuti fruti, etc.). i've lost count of the times you get to second to top feature, £15 and mega streak and it still manages to kill you.
having said this i think there were two programs for this as the first one of these i played played the same as VIU etc. but every one since bar one has played absolutly discrasefully, like costing £20-£35 from boosting.

Vortex being like stack attack really puts me off.. But SA is improving because it really does give mega streaks!!

Like I said though, I've only ever played 1 and always ended up in profit, that was in the John Barras pub in town, maybe I just got lucky everytime.

One thing I did notice was it doesn't like to give many free spins when you go back to the normal board, usually straight to ?.

I could be wrong here, but is there any danger that Flashback is being confused with Flash Cash?
This machine may at times offer a choice where the player has every chance of bankruptcy

Certainly is flashcash. Quite rare I think, only had 2 my way and they are defo worse than it's predecessors. As said above just doesn't seem to give quick JP's like the other clones did.
