Can't say I've ever heard of that being a problem up here, although they certainly do like a bevvy (as do the Scots!)

My mate is Polish and he said that a lot of the new ones will drink and drive, only because it's not a huge great deal i Poland, the fighting has something to do with the fact most of the guys are ex football hooligans. Some scary Poles around here.

A case in Reading where the defendant is accused of assault has interesting repercussions. The prosecution have been told that the fact that the defendant has served time in Poland for manslughter charges is irrelevant, which would possibly prejudice the case. It would appear to be very relevant to myself, but I am not an expert in law.

Checked the local Evening Post newspaper yesterday which only provides a small sample, but of the eight reports into trials three involve Polish persons (the nationality is reported in the press).

previous convictions can't be taken into account when judging a case. you must be found guilyl based on evidence specific to that case.

I realise the law, but I would imagine that somebody who has previously committed a serious crime would be more likely to re-offend than someone who hadn't committed a crime. Innocent to proven guilty and all that.

The jury are human at the end of the day; you can't be told to ignore a n important and quite possibly, relevant, fact and expect your subconscience to listen.

these machines are the dieing breath that may keep this game alive for a little bit longer, they are so much better than the cluedos and play much more like panthers and rovers, had this give to free superholds in a row. however only got one atm in central london.

Anyone struggling with lines going anywhere near a sniff of GUAC or whatever it's called on this Monopoly ?
I had five sets of lines on my only go on this to date and none of them offered 1 below or 2 below with 2 hi/2 lo's to start. What is that darn GUAC feature called ?

The wild thing feature is called stand and deliver. I find these much better than cluedos, even though they block for an age for lines and the only time you make decent money on them is if they streak. However, as i can bang in wild thing and do number cruncher i always go in and play these. Does anyone play these on their route. I certainly do.
