The guy is a prick who is trying to scam members of this website.
Both the Tomcat and the Skillstop accounts should be deleted and he should be banned. Simple.
He should be banned for what he did to Luke (snelly) alone.
Whatever tools you implement you will still get clueless Newbies coming onto the site as beginners and within a fortnight claiming to be Full Time Fruit players/people trying to scam....Happens on every site...They always find a way.
It would certainly help a bit though.

He was ranting about how he had a "Tried and tested" Sub Zero Mtr, that hed seen it working, and that this was the real deal, a serious money earlier.
Snelly is no fool, he chatted to him on msn, tried to see if it seemed Legit.... Tomcat was asking a silly price for it, so Snelly offered to pay half now and half when he had it working (which if in a trusting swap or trade, is a fair ask) Tomcat Agreed.
Snelly pretty soon realised that this "info" was fake and that hed been done over, he contacted Tomcat in pretty much every way possible, he didnt want to know, posts were made on here, he demanded his money back...
But it never came.
And there is the story of the most deceitful, despicable and childish member of the board - SkillStop AKA Tomcat.
Im sure Snelly will fill everyone else in who doesnt know on anything ive missed, or put incorrectly.

I did once see an empty for an old ace electronics mc
using a sparker from the gas ignighter and a combination code and u had jimmy the payout dispenser I paid £180 quid me last bit of money at the
and they lied about the way to jimmy the disp they gave me the button code was right cause i saw that bit but when I went to a diff machine in diff location to try to jimmy the payout mec with a screw driver I could not do it and could only spark the mc into emgineer mode get the mc to do the hi lo thing but it would not pay it out as they had lied how to do
jimmy the mec and one they had done previously had been taken out.a day later.
I would pay cash for emtier, but only if I saw it work and did it for my self with the person. then id pay cash for emtys.
