Rangers v Partick.

Woodwork to be hit EXACTLY twice. 2/1.

(Sorry I can't find a picture of someone rolling about laughing).

And to make matters worse, I've stuck a fiver on it.

This may be the point in my life where I have to admit there isnt anything I wont gamble on.

Used to bet on whether the number on a bank note was odd or even.

Who on earth offers bets like that? Surely it's open to abuse. It's not like corners, yellow cards etc which are black + white... what happens if the ball skims the post. Who makes the call?

Sporting Index used to do a spread on the time of the first throw in measured in seconds, say 160-180 until they got stung one Saturday. All the insiders sold at 160 and as soon as the ref blew the whistle the ball was booted out of play. Cost them £200,000 if I recall.

It was Ladbrokes. And the ball didnt hit the woodwork at all. :(

Ladbrokes have been known to take ante post bets for horses that were dead. FACT.

you're lucky you didn't bet on the number of cautions in the Motherwell v Hamilton game - 12 and 2 red cards!
