I still think The best way to win on Football is putting huge amounts on to win a not so huge but 'significant' amount back. If you can do it once a week you would never have to work..

Take Newcastle tonight vs Grimsby..

Newcastle are 4-9.. Shit odds you might say. But they are going to piss it tonight. There will be loads of people out there sticking bets on such as £900 to profit £400
1800 to profit £800 etc..

Tonight its easy money.
You can do this at 2/7... 1/4 etc.. Gotta make sure you choose wise.. But with teams like Madrid, Barca, Juve, AC, Chelsea, or any top team from any country to pick from each week you can always be confident..

Need a lot of money to try it though..

1/2 with the exchanges.

What if Newcastle play 8 or 9 second team players.

Newcastle this season have scored 8 league goals in 10 games and three away goals in 5.

Admittedly this is a different type of opposition.

The odds of 3 1/2 shots winning when the TRUE odds are 4/7.

Chances of each team winning are 7 out of 11

Chances of all three winning are 7/11 x 7/11 x 7/11 = 343/1331 or 1/3.88

A hundred bets = 100/3.88 = 25.77 winning bets

Each winning bet returns 100 x 3/2x3/2x3/2 = £337.50.

£10000 of bets returns 25.77 x £337.50 = £8697.38.

Loss of £1302.62.

Ps My one bet of the night

Bet £500 on the draw at 4.5 (3.5 to one) Hope to lay it back at 4.1 to £550.

Wins £45 if a draw and £50 if it isn't.

Good weekly football accumulator bet on this week in Will Hills.

Mini sections list, 4 sections. Pick one result from each section. Odds of 7-1.....

I'm going to whack £5 on that to hopefully get £40 back. Only have to predict 4, and chelsea are at home in group one. So really it's only 3 to predict! :D

I'll look closer into it and get back with some tips 8)

harry ,

your working out is spot on, but , your'e just going on averages really. Im not doubting your knowledge one bit , but its a question of which teams you pick on any given day.

if you take your 7-11 odds , that equates to say , this saturday , theres 11 teams priced at 4-7 , the odds say 7 will win , however if you look at the actual stats on saturday night ,it may turn out that 10 win , it may be that 8 , 9 or 10 of them win every week , therefore the percentages you stated in your working out would be higher in favour of the punter

Agreed but over thousands of games these 4/7 shots that are priced up at the bookies at 1/2 will only win 63.63% (7/11) of the time. You are only getting 63.63 x 3/2 for your outlay back = 95.45%

Would you bet 5/6 on heads or tails. That's what the bookies would give you. It happens in all handicap match bets say American Football, Rugby, Darts ,Snooker etc.

Taken from our sponsors site. 9/10 each of 2.

I know they lost tonight, but super frank will be back by then, as will the rest of their first team. Normal service should resume i hope!
