I'm luck enough to have won a trip for me and the Mrs to Royal Ascot on Thursday next week, anyone got any good tips?

Don't but any tips off of scammers
Watch out for forged notes
Expect to pay £3.50 a pint or £25 for a bottle of wine
Get some sun cream because its going to be 22C
