Looking at the t&c's it looks like you are only really left with slots if your trying to clear the promotion bonuses?

When you join there casino online you get a 100% bonus on your first deposit, but a lot of terms and conditions apply, i.e. no betting on roulette, craps, blackjack etc, and you must bet through your deposit plus bonus x 10 or 20 before you can withdraw your orginal stake or winnings.

No, it won't.
If still allowed, you should use Video Poker. Jacks or Better is the one with the lowest house edge, and ergo your best chance at keeping most of the bonus money.

Video Poker was in the restricted list
I ended up doing slots - £48 a spin - did 12 spins and ended up another 200 up!
