Day 5 scores:
Ruler of The World 185
Northern Monkey 45

Final scores:
Ruler of The World 549
Northern Monkey 432

Final scores the old way:
Ruler of The World 151
Northern Monkey 117
(Forgot last night big race winners gave 20)

Winners:
Ruler of The World 8/30, 5 2nd, 2 3rd
Northern Monkey 6/30, 5 2nd 1 3rd

Question is, should there be a stewards into my deliberately not backing the same big race horse as my rival yesterday in an attempt to win when seemingly dead? I think we will let Harry decide!

Entertaining enough ROTW - thanks for having the patience to run the numbers on the various complex scoring methods that I confess I never quite followed. Safe to say neither of us will be retiring on the back of the last 5 days.

Yes but funny that the generic favourite backers would have done better than both of us and it always seems to be the case in the big meetings, maybe favourite backing is in fact the best way to play!?
