Irish day at Thirsk this Saturday (17th)

Going on a race trip to Thirsk this Saturday and was just wondering if anyone would be kind enough to give me a tip or two please?
Also anyone know if the bar area has any fruit machines?

really wasnt sure. the few people i asked didnt have a clue. wasnt expecting cat C machines, thought maybe due to a loophole might have got a few £500 j/p machines but was all guesswork!
if any1 has a tip it would be greatly apprecieated!!

Never seen a fruit at a race track, dog track yeah but no horses.
