Right, a far better reflection however now try putting Favourite in the actual thing and watch what you get. I'm pretty certain you'd find Favourite would win the competition.
Er... I just did it... Favourite would score 110! An even closer finish!!!
By the way, just a thought.. look at my avatar then think about the name of the last winner Oiseau De Nuit (Bird of the night) and then the 2nd Ask The Master - forecast paid over £1300! Then add Marcossvon's Leo's Lucky Star for a £33000+ tricast! Why oh why don't I read the names? Just a little speculative few quid!!!!

God I am so thick, I only counted winners! Its more that 125 because a few got 4th. Just shows, a favourite backer would score more points than Jaffacat. We need a way that reflects prices you back.

It's only for fun, so this format suits. Tried having an entry fee before, but no takers. Primarily it's fruit players on here, and the bragging rights if you win.

Fair enough, then you have my entries for next year...
Favourite every race. I'm Evens to win.

You can have much evens as you like. I could get two others to do favourites and with the dead heat rules, you couldn't win

. You have to name the horses and tissue favourites often change on the day.

Ok how about I run an alternative one next time with a different scoring system? I'll give it a test run for the Grand National meeting at Aintree.
Will use it at Royal Ascot and Glorious Goodwood too. Obviously Epsom for Derby and Oaks and Newmarket for the Guineas too. Already know the winners for all of those!!! Flat is my game. I bet none of you knew Mr Tipster won't bet on the flat!

Why not. You can run the Ascot one if you like, as I am offline all week.

I'm thinking same points x SP, anything EVENS or less is x1...what do you think? I suppose it could be a bit crazy if someone picks 1 20/1 and nothing else but maybe cap it at x5?
