Have a Danish friend who's a commentator and he assures me there squad is as weak as it's ever been and is made upf rom nobodys and fringe players, although Portugal aren't in great form they have a new manager and are on home soil. I'm backing them at 8/13 for the win anyway, it looks a great bet, the h/t, f/t time is worth a punt at 11/8 as well.

Apparently Lovenkrands has been called up from them to quote from Nufc.com:

Danish return confirmed

Despite having played less than 30 minutes of Premier League football this season, Newcastle forward Peter Lovenkrands has been recalled to the Denmark squad after a two-year absence.

The 30 year-old hasn't featured for the Danes since a World Cup Qualifier in September 2008 against Portugal in Lisbon - his 21st cap - when he was on the books of Schalke04.
Lump on. Nuff said.

As I said they have to put out a seriously poor team, Poulsen is the only real name out there, they also have points on the board already so a defeat for them would not be a catastrophe, alternatively Portugal have to win, they'll play for as draw and hoepfully won't get it.
