world cup betting.

Post by 999329753 »

So, who have you got your money on?? For me, germany and Holland at 14s, 10 each way. Then a token 5 each way Mexico and 2 each way Australia. Also have a few top goalscorer/win outright bets but just a few quid on these. Klose and Germany is the more likely of these to come off!!

An e mail from bet365 tonight says if my outright net team is knocked out on pens then It's money back so may have a few who's on England!![/i]

I had high hopes of ivory coast getting out of their group ahead of Portugal and backed them at various long prices with a view to laying when they qualify. Obviously more suspect now with drogba situation but Portugal have their own problems.

Anyone willing to keep everyone notified of their world cup betting progress, a bit like QM does during the season?

So far I'm:

£40 at 2.1 on France to win their group (regretting it but we'll see how it goes).

£10 on Germany to win the tournament.

£5 on England to win the tournament (wow a Scotsman who isn't all I PYOOR HATE THE ENGLUSH)

£9 at 9/4 (Betfair) on a draw in the opening game.

Best of luck chaps, hope its a profitable one.

Did a 2 quid patent today on the 3 winning teams returning just shy of100 quid. I also have higuain golden boot with Argentina to win at 50s which is looking good. Most of my initial bets are in with a chance.

Gonna have a crack at the England score tomo 0-0 and 1-0 win. I see it being a tight and nervy affair. 0-0 is the only scoreline I can see us going out on so it would soften the blow :P Got varies mini bets and sweepstakes in play half are goners tho

Bit of a fact, if we won every game 1-0 from now on we'd be world champions after scoring just 6 goals

0-0 and 1-0 again for the Swiss tonight I think. Thinking maybe Torres is due a goal tonight too.

OK Brazil(5/6) Uruguay(10/11) and Argentina(11/10) in a treble £25 pays about £200.

The above odds were all from a hight street Ladbrokes so no doubt could be slightly better if you shop around.

Worth a punt, Uruguay are my main concern.
