Benitez got it wrong tonight I felt. Focus seemed to be down the right, Pennant saw plenty of the ball, but there was no Crouch to play it into. Then when he does come on, Benitez takes off the man that had been on Kaka, who then gets just about his first free run of the night, and supplies Inzaghi with the pass for the second goal.
Kewell looked far from fit too, another poor substitution.
Kaka was through and waved offside... Also the liverpool goal looked off. so on reflection neither team has much to complain about really... apart from milan, but they won .
