Haven't Panorama done the bookie bashing thing before recently? Last time they had some silly cow on who had pinched £30k from her employers to play the horses online and it was apparently ALL William Hill's fault. LOL

As I understand it there are calls to bring in £2 stake max, all in line with slots(b3), the bookies love the slots any way as they are higher margin.

If they brought in £2 stake, then it would be pre gambles to get chips to gamble, would kill off the casino based games.

blah... if thats the case the advantage swings even further in their favour... people will just sit on them longer to lose the same...

the big advantage came in when they capped the payouts and stake, then when they adjusted the law to allow B3s on them they got higher margin games.

all the anti gambling parties think its the thing to do, lower stakes, lower prizes, turn them into jackpot machines... it just makes them a more addictive higher turnover higher profit device.

but you can't tell them.

when they first came out, for the first five years they where just random games fed independantly, the stakes and prizes where at the decision of the operator.

that it, simple games, just roulette and a couple of others, low margin high turnover, no gimmicks.
