No this is the latest top secret, or well it was, top secret emptier for bookies roulette. Only the Industry people and chums knew about it. However now it seems it is out the bag and no, it's not 'taking the phone off the hook', this was a licence to print money, not having to wait for your 1/408 shot to come up.

Most I ever saw a fellow punter win was about 2000GBP on a William Hill FOBT. He was on roulette, played six numbers only (19 - 25 I think), and basically covered them with 10GBP on each number full on, with lots of splits and corners and stuff. He was outlaying about 150 or 200GBP per spin. Most times he would hit nothing, then suddenly he'd get a big whammy (and generally leave after that - not surprising).
Biggest win I ever got from an FOBT was 500GBP, and that took me about 3 hours of playing blackjack on it for fairly minimal stakes (5 - 10GBP per hand, 1-2 hands per time). But that was a one off.
I've never seen ANYONE win 6K on one. Maybe its possible though...

if you have £26k to win/lose on the touch of a button, you will also have a cleaner working for minimum wage.
it devalues money but we are all guilty of this if the pub pays us to go inside.
my cleaner gets MW+0.2% and i stand behind her with a whip. sometimes i tickle her with it.
sometimes i tickle her belly-button with my cock, then she gets a 50p bonus.

quite aside from my filthy pans, she is as good as gold but it is humbling that she works like a dog (or vixen as necessary) for £8.00 an hour. here is a picture i took of her when she had done some very good sweeping. i gave her a chocolate drop* and she stood on her hind feet all by herself.
* actually rohypnol
