My first solo 'profit' mission

Post by Vidmar »

As I was doing nothing else today I ventured into Glasgow's West End to see if I could turn a decent profit on my own.

Stuck to the games I know, Pyramids, Bully, Millionaire and Word Up.

Total £6 in, left with £10 in my pocket, minus £2 for two drinks = £2 profit.

I'm very very proud.

:)

I should however point out that £7 of my profit came from Pyramids.

Nice one. If you we could garantee £12 from every tenner we have it would be great. Problem is is unless you travel your games won't get filled up quick enough. I can't remember the last time I JPed TSP and I am very good at that. Just no-one else plays it :x

This is probably a good indicator about how good I really am at quiz machines, but what is TSP?

If you are good at real pool and know your angles it is easy. But the computer cheating is pretty blatant when it won't let you win.

i like TSP but its possibly the most infuriating game to play if the screen calibration is buggered.

Had a few sherbets? ;)

TSP - How much does this game like to 'amend' the ball-physics when it doesn't want it to stop in a particular place?! :x

Trickshot pool was a joke the one and only time i played it.

It wasnt the fact it was cheating every time i shot, it's just the game seemed to think it was Earl Strickland, it grannied me, including completely intentionally potting a ball off 3 cushions.

Was not amused, luckily a couple of goes at the crystal maze cheered us up.
