So is it true that questions in a particular game get updated regularly these days?

Thanks

Also, do we know how often thus happens? Is the complete question set changed? or just a selection?

This all depends on who is operating the machine. If the likes of Sceptre, LL, or Gamestech are operating a machine they will update it from time to time.

Smaller operators or venues with their own machine are less likely to update as the software can be costly and they don't always have the knowledge or resources to do it.

Nobody is updating them on a weekly basis just as and when.

Machines, like jukeboxe's etc have to be updated regularly to maintain player appeal.

I certainly get the impression that HEX has. I had the cheese 'Quagliato' the other day which is not on my list of cheeses which HEX throws up on regular occasions.

Plus, the machine gives an impression of an update when very old answers return, particulalry the ones involving soaps, (Emmerdale, Hollyoaks etc), and it pops up with 'Cash Prize' on the mystery - which is as rare as rocking horse you-know-what!
