find this game quite fun and i usually play a couple of games as a warm-up for the serious business of DOND - would like to share a few thoughts i have : as people have pointed out in other threads the card changes when you acheive a two line win (usually £6) so you have an idea how many decent wins it has allowed, it also adds a pound to the Jackpot when it changes the card and i have a couple near me up to £25 (does it go any higher?) - the big tell on this machine is the blue ? ball which adds time to the clock, sometimes it adds 1 or 2 seconds, usually 10 seconds but sometimes as much as 45 seconds (i have had blue ball first out and got to 2:30 on the clock straight away) - the frustration on this game is the slow dropping of the numbers late in the game (i have needed one number on each line with 10 seconds left and no more balls dropped!) , but this is just a spoiler the same as any other i guess - a couple of questions for SBB players out there, has anyone ever accepted the Death ball (skull and crossbones)? , i assume it kills you straight off but i have never accidently taken it - also is it true that there are mystery cash prize balls in this game, like £2 or £5 dropping in, as Hangman clones sometimes offer on the mystery squares? , have never seen this either so would be interested to know, thanks everybody.

played this a few times and found it to be 'THE' most rigged game in existance. i wont be putting anymore 50ps into this.

I rarely play this game anymore as I got sick of the slowing down of balls. Plain and simple: its unfair. However, as you asked, I once recived a five pound ball...which was nice!

Yep I've had the £5 ball once, and seen other people get it a couple of other times. Rare though.

Ive had a £5 ball on the standup cabs, my mums accepted the killer ball once (kills time)!

well that answers one of my questions - i have never even seen a cash prize ball bouncing around at the top of the screen and i have played the m/c a fair bit - how rare is this? , and is there any hint that it could be coming?

There's a stand-alone one near me that my mate was playing the other night. He also got the red £5 ball. The Jackpot value was up at £59 and the barman said that the last two times it has paid the JP it was up at the £60 mark.He was winning almost each game, either with one or two lines, but could never get the JP. Has anyone won it yet, or could they confirm that it likes to pay it when it gets to the £60 mark?

Apart from being VERY dull and entertainmentless, it's a con. You can just stand there waiting for the ball you want to come out, I don't see how that is skillful!

Watergate. I don't know if you have pl;ayed this game but really your coment suggerst that you haven't or at least grasped the skill element which you undoubtable require. It is just a matter of reaction time. in fact it is multiple reaction time test.
Cool. I can confirm that there has been instances whre the jackpot has been over £100 and paid out. I believe that they save aup a small amount of the percentage and then deliver it at a random time, anyway that is my best guess at the reson they have this unusual jackpot. Sorry no hard facts on this jackpot.

The only skill element is knowing when to play it.

If you can accept/reject balls to match whats on your bingo card correctly and quickly that ain't skill. It simply means your brain works properly.

Say, I'm good but not great at this game and I get down to the last few balls but have to wait 10 seconds for each ball to come out. I refuse to believe someone who has awesome reactions has made up enough time on me to get one extra ball out at the end.

So even if someone is shit hot it is wasted because the winning ball will simply never come out unless the machine wants to pay out.

Has anyone won the jackpot on this and the question I want to know is did they have to bust a gut to win it, ie a flawless game winning JP with one second to go? Or did it simply offer it on a plate giving you all the balls you needed straight away?

I saw a jp which was about £70ish once, he had 25ish seconds left, and wasnt particulaly good at the game; more luck than skill here, obviously you have to be reasonably good to get what is available (in terms of max win from a game ( usually £0! )), but most people can reach that level easily.

i have jackpotted this game once- only difference was the balls did not slow down in their delivery.Alas was so excited forgot to carry on to get the golden balls(it does continue).
