What would you say was the best swp machine out there at the moment as far as looks and content goes i mean.

Currently. i like trivia for dummies, every time i've caught it it's been wanting to pay out so i'm not sure if it's a bastard or not.

Also, i-spy is it, where you need to find the word on the screen is a bit of a laugh, but an arse when it wants to be.

All time though, my favourite has to be sum up, it's a shame it's extinct, and for drunken fun nothing beats the crystal maze, the end game always seems so fun after a few :D

Looks and content are definitely important when playing an SWP, but I think 'feel' sums it up better.

Of course we're aiming to win a couple of 'queens' heads' from them as well! ;)

I like monopoly for it's selection of mini games such as the scratch card / jail etc. But the chance of winning anything on this is virtually zilcho.

DOND has been my biggest winner recently (the debate about the randomimnity (lol) has been had many a time and I do not wish to repeat it here! :) ) a good few £10 wins recently too! ;)

Of course, the best feel, content, appeal and winning potential will come from a new, as yet unreleased game, designed by me!!...

...If I ever get around to finishing one!!

:)

You scatter-brained fudgepackets, the question was about SWP machines, not individual games.

itbox I prefer at the mo', tho' the Paragon cabinets are more attractive.

Ahhhhhh,
scatter-brained fudgepackets
exquisite prose! ;)

I agree, Paragon is a virtue!

I do prefer the widescreen, I heard people had problems with the calibration of some older games. Never been affected by this, has anyone else?

Woops :o ops:,

In that case anything other than the ITBOX.. Gamesnet machines are my favourites though, closely followed by the machines with word/sum up on them, my SWP jargon escapes me for now, i've been rattled by the word fudgepacket.

the lot of you are beaverleavers
anyway wrenching this back on topic. the content and design of the paragon (one before last; i.e. not oblong, (2? )) wins hands down for me. and i suspect joe public agrees apart from those dreadful chavs who play millionaire with five other chavs.
