Problem 😢

Hello everyone

I've recently bought a paragonpro machine, I was reassured by the seller that if I filled the coinmech hopper up that it'll detect it.
I keep getting an error message on load up saying it's not detected.
Can someone tell me how to fill it up to see if I'm doing it correctly, how much should it have it to work?

Any help would be much appreciated

filling with coins will not clear this fault. the machine doesnt detect the hopper. some machines have a pull out tray and connections dont make properly.

or could be a faulty hopper
