It's a good job it wasn't "True or false,Cyril Smith is a paedophile". All those years being told the answer is false would have been annoying.

I came across a question the other day which asked for the month in which a particular event happened. All three alternatives offered were incorrect. I'm certain that the question setter had seen the date quoted in US format (MM/DD/YYYY) in a reference book without realising.

Years ago I came across one where the question consisted of just someone's name, and had the answers PENG, PING and PONG.

Sounds like Concentration. Who won the [British Golf] Open in 1982 and 1983, answers as above, iirc.
