Had a go on this today. 40 questions - fair enough.
Ist four - easy Music ones followed by 4 more...all correct first time.
Q32-34 are AtoZ: get first attempt wrong - try again. 2nd attempt - game over!!

ops:
Won't be playing that one again any time soon.

Had some decent cash out of this. Not for amateurs though.

Pretty obvious cash is available on it. But seeing as it now goes:
£20/game over
instead of:
£20/£15/£7/£2/50p/game over
- i doubt those amateurs will put enough cash in so you can do it again. But what do I know? I'm an amateur myself.

I played " Monopoly " last night - for fun - reached the cash round , got 50p
Machine said " You win 50p " .
My nephew , a £500 an hour London Barrister said that receiving 50p for a 50p investment did not constitute a win . When he saw that I could not even collect the 50p , only £ coins , he said that equated to theft and I was entitled to the money from behind the bar .
How to win friends and influence Barmen !

Lol at the idea that you need a £500 an hour barrister to tell you that 50p return from a 50p stake is not a win.
And as a £500 an hour barrister, your nephew probably doesn't actually know any law at all, simply relying on the £150 an hour juniors to look up and summarise what he needs to read out.
He probably looks good in a wig though

Not sure it's *that* hard to tip YHW20 into ultra-hard mode - here's one I managed after a win this lunchtime!

if you pay 50p to PLAY the machine... then you "Win" 50p.. then it is a prize...
it is a SKILL WITH PRIZES machine, you pay to play, not as a stake
your example is the same as saying you you play "hook a duck" at a carnival and expect the prize to be worth more than what you paid to play...

on and, somewhere it (usually) says that the machine only pays out in £1 coins.. your barrister sounds like a cock
