What are we talking about here, is there a newer version or unrelated game to the one thats been around for ages?

The updated version of Eliminator - lots of new categories, and only 2 lives instead of 3 - came out on Paragons earlier this year. Last month, Gamesnets also suddenly started having Eliminator again, but it turned out to be the old version. Anybody's guess why - maybe they intended to install version 2.0 but something went wrong - but obviously it didn't last long. No sign of it re-appearing on Gamesnets in either version since then.

Incidentally, does anyone know how Gamesnets update? Based on having been sitting in a pub once when an engineer came in and changed the CD inside one, I'd always assumed it had to be done manually, but Eliminator came and went so quickly, I started to think it must have been done remotely. Or did they just have engineers clocking up overtime replacing every disc again a week after they'd changed them?
