quiz emptiers
Was it an inside job?
Royale Family and Deal or No Deal both had emptiers in early versions. These were very quickly fixed though. I heard (but I don't know if it was true) that someone went round Birmingham emptying everything in sight.

Royle Family wasn't quickly fixed, it took a very long time.BigEd wrote:Royale Family and Deal or No Deal both had emptiers in early versions. These were very quickly fixed though.

Anything mechanical (keys, levering doors off...) doesn't count obviously, neither does any inbuilt feature that isn't advertised but that any regular player would easily find, such as the very basic one of not holding after nudging in two symbols out of three - I'm old enough to remember when that trick was first introduced, whereas I believe the modern machines even TELL you when to do things like that.
I admit I almost a complete amateur in this area and am obviously not asking anyone to divulge any actual tricks but my suspicion is that 99% of these stories are just that - stories - in the same way that the racing papers are full of people asking you to pay for supposedly "foolproof" betting systems.![]()
