I'm with the Cardinal on this one and having played a fair bit in real life casinos have observed the same terrible runs happen there as well.
If you play a lot, the number of times you see an 11 double go down to the house's six is uncanny- normally when you have just increased your stake

Sometimes you are absolutely flying and keep getting out of jail drawing on sixteen- nothing better than waking up with a bad head to find a bundle of £50 notes scattered all over the floor and a couple of blues you forgot to cash mixed up with the shrapnel in your pocket
