Not hard to maintain 100% feedback is it? anyways the type of people your dealing with are not exactly stephen fry. Sure you could convince them that the system you sold is exactly how it was described but your explenation will be worded more in a laymans term when they complain. Fantasists and con artists. May aswell go the whole hog and start selling tricks
