High five vince, and well done for that result.

And to be fair to pete ,I read the small print on stan James site ,it's pretty much word for word standard online gambling blah, blah, to be honest, check it out if you don't believe me.

If they didn't want to pay all that money back there was nothing that any amount of complaining would have achieved .

My own experience of online gambling combined with the outcome of this scenario would rate Stan James site very highly in comparison with sites achieving much, much, higher footfall in the world of online gaming.

All things considered I think it was pretty much commendable That they paid up. Imagine if had been Mansion or someone

As I said, they don't HAVE to give it back but they could well do as a gesture of good will.

I work in online gaming. I know what I'm talking about.

and it's not up to a reader to find sources for another posters assertions.
If you state a "fact" in a discussion, really, it's your job to back it up.

Could you also inform me of what online gaming company you work for so I know which one to give a wide birth, thanks in advance petey

No, I called it right.
Fair play to Stan James for allowing Bigv to keep his ill gotten gains.

I don't work for a site.

I would have thought it was fairly obvious who I work for actually :D

In a former life I did work at Barclays actually.
Worst three years of my life that was.

I've had similar problems in the past, admittedly not with Stan James, but they have credited my account with my balance with what it was before the fuck up/error.
