Withdrawal

Post by bigv038 »

I recently played at a casino online and deposited roughly £98 ($150). I managed to win a little on the roulette and got to $404 passed a bit time so thought I'd withdraw. I accepted no first time bonus etc I thought it would all be ok. This was on the 9th Feb.
When I log into my account now it says pending withdrawal $254. I have spoken to live chat members twice now asking what is happening and the first said it would be in my bank by Monday (just gone). Checked it Monday still not there. Spoke to them again Monday and they said it's now $254 because they have processed back to me the $150 I deposited originally and was having problems processing the rest. However there is no sign of my $150 or the rest! :? Surely it should have all been sorted by now? Is there anything I can do?

Red Kings, I did really well on the poker there and had no problems with withdrawing. But the casino seems to be messing me around :x

depends how they send it to you, and how you deposited in the first place..

your first deposit amount will be sent back to the same card as you paid it on, was it a creditcard and your trying to withdraw to a bank?

bacs takes at least 3 days
chaps takes about 3 seconds
and fps clears the next day or ever few hours

there is no reason why it shouldnt come through in 3 days, although some casinos have a holding period

you could try canceling the withdrawal, then asking them to process a cheque... although if you did this and they are dodgy, the cheque would almost definitely get lost in the post....

Deposited with a card and withdrew to the same card. Give it a couple more days and then I'll go crazy

I finally got the money in my bank yesterday. It took a few live chats to sort it. Apparently there really was a problem there end and I wasn't being blagged. They tranferred the cash to my poker balance and I withdrew from there without any hassle. They even rang me from Cyprus or wherever there based!

i had a problem with them a while ago and i'm only talking a small ammount of money ,basically they they refused to let me withdraw anything unless i sent them personal details which could have been used for i.d fraud if they fell into the wrong hands.

they cite anti laundering laws as their pitiful excuse for non payment, even with a minimal withdrawal request..... even though they accepted my deposit without a single question they wanted proof of my identity for to cash my own money back out.

they also deducted a bonus from my account even though the withdrawal attempt was unsuccessful ,their customer service(lol) was evasive, self righteous, rude and even hung up when questioned .... their stance was downright unfair and a blatant pisstake when i asked if they could just refund the deposit ammount to the card they willingly took the money from without question.

when i rang back after they hung up i was put through to an equally unhelpful and evasive advisor who cited the same bullshit regarding a refund of my stake only (not winnings) to the same card without proper i.d.

in the end they did say they would look into why the bonus was deducted even though i had not got a cashout, but they never got back to me .at the time i was seething ,i cannot remember being that mad in recent years .

MANSION ARE A PIKEY SHIESTER OUTFIT ......DONOT PLAY THERE PEEPS.
they are the biggest shower of c#nts i've had the displeasure of doing business with in the world of online gaming...........FACT.

tbh i dunno what you could do about recovering cash from them ,i ran through the rules that i'd neglected to read on sign up ,and they do clearly state the withdrawal situation..... however unfair and ludacris :x
