i signed up to Paddy Power. I put £10 in and played a slot and was soon £50 up. Great I thought but it was soon gone. I did the same with Roulette and won £50 up but then I lost again.

I guessed it was letting me win to entice me in so I closed my accounts

Not sure if these play better on freeplay mode as I guess there are no restrictions/laws to make them play to their true level.

But on the other games all the UK & IRE casino's everything is completely audited meaning they would be mad to fiddle with the roulette numbers just so you could win at the start. That would be complete suicide.

It could perhaps just be you were playing a game of luck and got lucky?

I'm with the Cardinal on this one and having played a fair bit in real life casinos have observed the same terrible runs happen there as well.

If you play a lot, the number of times you see an 11 double go down to the house's six is uncanny- normally when you have just increased your stake :o ops: . Of course most people only ever remember the bad beats which is just human nature.

Sometimes you are absolutely flying and keep getting out of jail drawing on sixteen- nothing better than waking up with a bad head to find a bundle of £50 notes scattered all over the floor and a couple of blues you forgot to cash mixed up with the shrapnel in your pocket :)

PS Have you noticed that the only people who deal in fifties are gamblers, builders and Chinese restraunteurs (See 1 above)
