need help this a follow up to £500 machine wanted

i have found 2 machines from a reputable company only trouble is they wont sell them to me, because im not in the trade, what im asking is any body out there who is in the trade and would be able to buy on my behalf, i will of course reimburse them for there troubles, please can anyone help me before these go

What company is it?
Do they want someone with an operator license?

If they want someone with a license then no I can't help, my current business does not require one.
Someone on here should be able to help, but it does depend on them reading this post...
