Further Legal Points - (Gaming machines)

We are a limited company, Vat registered and licensed by the UK Gambling commission. As we hold a licence to sell, supply, maintain and distribute gaming products we sell our gaming machines with all payouts connected. This means the machines will work as they were intended unlike other suppliers who have to disconnect payout systems in order to sell them. If you are not a licence holder yourself you should always buy from a licensed distributor otherwise you could be liable to prosecution. These points must be followed unless you are a licensed premises or licence holder:-

** If the machine is for PRIVATE USE it must not be leased or used in a commercial environment or for financial gain or reward ** The purchaser MUST sign a disclaimer to agree to all the legal points mentioned and point of sale dispatch note ** The machine must not be adapted or serviced by anyone other than a licence holder ** If it is to be sold on as a single machine to another private individual then this is possible but the correct form must be obtained and completed from the UK Gambling commission ** We must be satisfied that the machine is for private use**

Thanks for your co-operation. Further help can be obtained from the Gambling commission on 0121 230 6666 or the website http://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk or contact them by email at info@gamblingcommission.gov.uk . Please visit http://www.gamcare.org.uk if you are worried about any issues relating to gambling or gaming machines.

Maybe so but we sold one last week for this money as they are quite difficult to get hold of now and offer something different from the norm - most are damaged or faulty. We are always open to offers on all our kit - as ever we maybe dearer on some items and cheaper for other . We try to pitch the price right and we not looking to make fortunes but these machines take a hell of a lot of work to run up nicely. Cheers
