Hi all
Just bought a Barcrest Strike it Lucky, on 10p play £8 JP from a local fruit machine company. The company was recommended to me by a friend of a friend, anyway I paid £195 for the machine plus a nominal delivery charge, the question is , Have I been done or is that about right?

£195 with out delivery is a LOT to pay for a machine of that age, for that kind of money you can get a machine made in 2002 quite easy, a super nova sold for £57 with a note changer and thats a 2004 machine.
If you was to sell it on ebay i can't see it making any more than £60 tops

It's not that bad a deal...
You'll always be paying over the odds from a company like you have done here, but opposed to ebay at least you'll know it's been fully workshopped and you won't have any problems with it.
So as long as you're happy then thats all that matters
