EASTENDERS, SPARES OR REPAIR ?.

Was working perfect until the cold/freezing weather started, now flashes dimly when i turn it on, it has been stood unused in my garage for a few months, could be an easy fix for someone who knows what their doing ? offers and cash on collection from west london, Cheers.
