in a pub ive been going in for 8 years!!! was quite weird as well really as i was watching some1 playing a fruit for a while trying to learn summat, and all i could see out the corner of me eye was the guy that was at least 5 years younger than me willing me to leave !!!


1st time ever its happened especially in my own city, i felt a right little prick !!!! thats what my missus says often by the way

i was asked for id in tesco, for buying a bottle of vodka!!................. i'm 34 tho!!! for f***s sake!!! funny tho at the time!!

One of my employers said recently that I had to prove I had the right to work in the UK. I said I had no passport and to get stuffed. So far have had seven reminder letters and the threat of not being re-engaged from some dozy 20 year old (the edict obviously comes from above). I've known the MD for over ten years. God knows how many illegals their agency brings in.

Nowadays, I have no alternative but to take it as a massive compliment if someone asks me to prove my age, unless they're needing it to prove I'm UNDER a certain age, of course ...

believe it or not, i have been asked for id twice this year ..................................i am 39 and three quarters ,both times was in the co op with wine. fair play to their vigilance and attitude toward serving chavvy underage delinquents,and fairplay too to my youthfull good looks

With regards to playing machines, I think it has more to do with finding out who you are and where you come from, rather than just verifying your age.
