Bacrest Coinslot Ad....

Last week, Barcrest had an advert in Coinslot, the industry publication, for Star Wars and next to it the tag line "No More Clones...." followed by something like "just great games..."
Now, forgive me if i'm wrong, but Star Wars is an EXACT clone of Rob Da Bank, which is very, very close in game design (i'd say cloned) to Monopoly Road To Riches and, before that, Mental Money Monster
Do they not even know their own games?
I had a chuckle at least

I know they are part of Barcrest 'group', but Red have to be the clone-kings in this game. What have they released since they've been about (when did they come into existence? 1998ish?) So, let's say ten years.
(I'll probably forget some, but off the top of my head...)
-
Aftershock style game.
X-Rated
Rampage
Red X
Nitro
DNA
Crazy Cash Point
Grub A Dub Dub
-
Top Giza style game (and tweaks).
Rocket Money
On A Roll
Jackpot Gems
SMTM
Vortex
Pulsation
Holey Moley
SnL
Coppa Load of This
Cash or Bust
Paycheque
-
Fruits U Sir style games.
Fairground
Snailblazer (Woo!)
Sub Zero
Kings' Ransom
I know for certain I've missed a few off there (and the Top Giza style machines to be fair have had a few tweaks to make them a bit different (like Pulsation). But, that is pretty much it! There were a few one-offs, but they didn't seem to be that popular (except maybe Lock n Load). My personal fave 'one-off' was Critical Mass - looked like it had been designed by a completely different group to the usual Red guys, but was good to play. So many ways to 'top out'...

Agreed, and it's not like the Aftershock/Top Geezer/Fruits You types are exactly world apart either (and not the dodgy 90's boyband)
Hi-Lo Nudge gambles, red and green features, no boards to speak of, same bonuses and features
Not that we can complain!!
