On the verge

Seriously thinking about packing the full time game in now people. The amount of decent playables here has hit an all time low, and its just a complete fucking chore making money these days, often involving long miles.
I mean when your home town centre has the following delightful lineup:
Italian Job
Juggling Jackpots
2 x Juice
Deal Wheel
Ant n Dec
Juggling Jackpots Gold
Big Reds
Dream Factory
Monster Cash
Red Alert
Cash Or Bust
Gold Rush
Can You Dig It
Italian Job
Road To Riches
Road To Riches
Showtime
£25 Bullseye
You know its bad. One decent machine. I can count on one hand the decent machines worth playing in a 5 mile radius, and its a 5-10mile drive just for another handful of machines that ain't always worth the effort. Just lost my 86% COB that had only been there say 6 weeks for JPTRAR, a newish sited p1 cluedo for a Bucks, a moley and HOF removed etc. It's just pointless. More driving has meant i've totally fooked my old car, and have just had to shell out £3,500 on a new one, wiping out a large chunk of my savings. I don't mind a drive out for a punt, but if it's a drive out every bloomin' day of the week, i can't be arsed with that. Is it worth it any more? I'm thinking no. :x

I am afraid we are now in the twilight of our playing days, unless of course, you sit in a holiday camp all day, but thats seasonal.
Judging by the posts on here now from this time 2 years ago,
oh, I remember Gambogazs expoits in Stoke, he'd give you a list like this
2 x On a Roll
2 x Doctors Nurses
3 x Invincible
1 x Lucky Strike
2 x Grub A Dub Dub
3 x CCP
1 x Flash Cash (where did they all disappear)
Made £500 this week.
Your comments now gambogaz??

Oh my god! My home town consists of at least ten players! so i don't even go there.
Probably have to drive twenty miles before even considering playing a fruit, the days of being the only player in the village are long gone .
Machines are still out there if your willing to put the effort in! Have car will travel thats my motto.
CUM ON ENGLAND AND SCOTLAND!!!!

fruitypie, you really are a complete waste of space, blood and organs to put it politely.
A lot can change in a couple of weeks. All said machines were still here 2 weeks ago, and my wheel drums and ignition module were fine on my motor a couple of weeks back....they ain't now. Plus it certainly isn't impossible to make a living full time. What the hell have i (and plenty of others on here) been doing the last few years? Living off magic beans?
Also - might i add my fruitypie that you are on our mods watch list as every post you make is either insulting or just inflammatory. Cut it out, or you'll be on your way.

Well I don't know weather to be worried or not from that Jeff, I didn't have any D & N but I did have a flash cash which is a strange thing to remember. Signs of obsessive behaviour im thinking.
I'm overun with bellfruit shit at the mo. Too much travelling with not enough machines that aren't getting played enough.
So glad I've got a job at the moment.

if you can make £400 a week+ then you are safe playing if not then get a job!!
Drive and you will find stuff!

I do put the bloomin' hours in! Big cities are generally the worst now as they get all the newer stuff, which is usally shite. Towns and villages are better, but even those have been bad to me when i've looked. I don't really like travelling more than 60-70miles away in a day to be honest, starts getting tiresome and expensive in fuel when you are doing 200 mile plus round trips just to make an unpredictable bit of cash, plus all the mileage just racks up on your car and wears bits out on that. Sometimes a false economy, like on my old one which has died.

Anfield, its NOT swings and roundabouts at all, thats the point, all it is, is good machines being replaced by poor bfms/juice, dont you get it, that's what will happen to all areas!!!
Although saying that I still make over your £400/week, but you've gotta realise due to new machines all being poor it wont last, name me just one current good new machine.
