the picture is just HRK's signature, It's wenger in a crown. But the BTB empty was on it.

Yes it does. But it can cost more than the £250 your getting out of it.

It is an empty, only problem is it needs to be in a certain position to get the ball rolling, and that position has been known to cost way more than you get out. so you still empty the machine but you've lost more down the back or in notes than what you get out.

if some one has done it recently it can cost £400 to get buzzing enough to empty and you get £250 back.
it was an emptier but now the only thing it will do is empty your pocket.
