Opening hours query

Post by JG »

Quickly!

Just a quick question, do Shipley's Amusement Centres open on bank holidays and if so, what are the opening hours?

Basically yes, the family have just left and I'm getting a load of jip for nothing. I'm pissed off and it's a choice between going to a maze in ????? or a visit to ????? Shipleys. Either way I was going tomorrow anyway, nice and early, but just thought it'd be one location off the list.

I think the Maze has shut.

Is Shipleys still open?

Lol, not quite as tough as that. It's a hedge maze that has just been built in a local garden centre. I was going to take the family there for something to do, but they wanted to watch Jeremy Kyle talk to some pasty faced speedhead about all the amphetamines he was taking.

Good bloody mind to trudge around the maze on my own, I kept getting told to get lost. Even though it's closed I might sneak in and just trudge around a bloody maze all night, even Shipleys are probably closed.

hurry up lads! Is it open or not?

Tick tock, might just have to mow the lawn, make a sandwich and play some poker instead.

Play poker and win 50c/day. Just like the Indian textile workers.

Shipleys is open 12-8 round here on bank holiday so you might get a few hours playing if you're quick

Lol, that's the one. The twelve hour poker session starting at 5pm and finishing at 5am leaving me zombified for the next week. Pokerlag.
Oh yes and £1.67 up.

That's why I wanted some cheeky late day fruit action.

Shipleys have no website and I'm not phoning them up, that just looks to desperate. Come on Harry, I know you've swallowed a couple of phone books in your time, cough up those stats.

When I am work tomorrow, I will get the brothers addresses for you and write an eloquent letter (or four) so they may provide you good self with the opening hours.

I will give them your trogloditean address if that's ok.

Inland I would expect them to close in about two minutes.

That's what I thought. Well 4pm or 5pm. Not really long enough if I get stuck into that Gold Rush.

Well 2 minutes, I'm cutting it a bit fine.

Guess I'll leave it now. Such bloomin' apathy.

Sorry Lewis, missed your post. I didn't bother as I thought getting there with 40 minutes until closing was a bad move.
