would you still play fruits if you won the lottery?

heard a few people in the past say they'd buy arcades and or have all their favorite machines at home etc.. but would anyone still play on a "pro" level?

as much as i have loved every minute of my long slotting career, i dont think i would bother.

dont get me wrong even after 20 years of this, the passion is stil there, i never get board slotting and cant wait to be out tomorrow on one of my routes .

however despite the passion and enjoyment, i consider myself a disciplined player and have always looked at this as a full time job, and so if i was to win a cpl of million on the lottery or premium bonds etc, like any job i would definitely walk away.

this is easy to do for most pro's because we have always considerd ourselves as pro players and not gamblers ,

of course if i did win the lottery, and was out with the lads on a night out, i might try the odd board on any machine simply for entertainment and definitely never for a force or to aim for profit .

so in a nutshell despite the passion i would definitely walk away from the game in a heartbeat .




ps because of most pro's sensibilitys, after sorting out family and friends, i would put the money in a high interest account and live off the interest, not go buying helicopter's etc like some idiots . whereas some of the degenerate gamblers on here would probably be back to skint within a year........ its all about the discipline :P

if i won the lottery i would buy an arcade in leicester and guess who would get barred first ?

You woud'nt play machines seriously because you would make more in a day off the interest alone.

There's a big difference bewteen a professional player and a gambler. TJ Cloutier has won about $20 million at poker and lost it all on sports betting and roulette.

I think gambling is something thats in you, if i won a million i would have no desire to do any gambling of any form.

I'd quit I don't enjoy it like I used to anymore just go for the earner now! :P I think I'd play alot more roulette tho
