Na it hapens on some golden games aswell after you get a game it takes about 30 seconds for the autoplay and start button to come on!

You should notice that it only does that when the bank breaks at the end of the game, its the bottom box waiting for the top to send its "the game over, continue as normal" signal, but it misses it as its busy paying out your bank, so the 30second wait is the bottom box timing out from waiting for the top boxe's response.
