Road 2 Riches

Post by HorseRacingKing »

playing this in a pub and hit super streak of about £3 for the board I took it and went £8.

Should I have gone for jackpot?

Most times you get jackpot you've put 30 in for 35 and your £5 up why not just take £5 of a board

i find it only offers ss when near and i only force if cash is up to £8 and £10 coz i find theres a block around £5.
dont hold out for a top tho as i find it likes to do a flat 35 then die.
i played one put a 5er in cashpot was £35 was on £35 cash lower than a 10 killed me then cost £20 to get r2r and gave £35 then died.

I use to quite like these but nowadays they just do my head in, the boards are so annoying and the blocks are ridiculous, the MS rarely goes over £35 and I cant remember the last time I see one go over £50 like the good old days!! Even when offering SS they can take an age, I use to play on 30p for lines and try and rip an IM but that doesn't seem to happen either. Totally awful machine.

As anfield says there are a couple of features at top level that are pots/MS but they seem more difficult to get then when these were first around. MMM is far better and the MS(red) is far more generous.

The general consensus seems to be, passsed a fiver and offering SS, play for the IM from lines.

During force, if its flying then you should be able to get an early JP off Number Cruncher anyways. You occasionally get the IM in which you will smash it for like 70-120.

Very rarely offers anything of the top row, and when it does the top is so close anyway.

Is Rattle and Roll wedgeable?

Sadly, twice I've taken this, and even though pot has been within 2 steps, it's fobbed me off with <£2!!!

I know! It's usually a cert on Carribean Cash, and if the setup is right on Panthers etc (quick rip of course, if ITP is blocked).

Thankfully, both of those times, it has relented within the next £10 and gone up for MS.

Still a bugger though... :(

Certainly! It's simply a reel step feature, whereby wins and numbers (on super) increase your position up the cash trail.

On super, you can hold individual reels to ensure bigger wins (JP is 'usually' near, but, well, see my post above for what happened to me!) Don't forget that diagonals and top / bottom reels also count on 50p play.

I have had MS off of this before on this, but that was once before I took the above two goes!
