Nah we're the best team in the world :P

Just got home from watching us do Rushden 2-1. 1175 away fans for a tuesday game in the conference is amazing, was half the total gate! Up The U's!

Good times 8) :D

Funny you should say that, I've just got home from Ebbsfleet v Aldershot.

Has anyone else been to a Blue Square Premier game tonight, by any chance?

:)

As good as liverpool were, you've got to admit that walcott assist was something else!

It was a good game but I think Torres is just too good for Liverpool. They could get a result against Chelsea but on most days they are going to get beat by Barca or Man U.

Hehe :P

Stopped betting on us now as it curses my luck! :x

I'm just hoping. We've got a great record against the playoff teams this season though, 6 points off Stevenage.....4 off Burton, and 3 off Torquay with a game to play in a fortnights time. Like to think we can do any of them really! 8)

Re: Liverpool fans singing 'We shall not be moved' against Arsenal the other night after yet another dubious decision went for them. Its now a regular thing for them in the champs league, remember the chelsea game??

Anyway, where exactly is it that you shall not be moved from?? 4th place?

Don't tell me, next season you'll be challenging for the premiership? Been sayin that for nearly 20 years.

Stop livin in the past. Good once VERY average now.

Before you say it 2005 etc etc etc. Yawn Yawn Yawn.

Wankers.

A long way down since the long-ball days of John Beck and 2 cup quarter finals.
I remember in division 3 about 12 years ago they got all pissy in the supporters club because they bosses wanted to give 'boro a whole half of the ground for 4000+ fans. So the plan was shelved and you had 3000 boro in one end and a little bit of one side where I was, and the rest of the side I was in was empty! So the shabbey had deprived you of revenue just over silly pride that boro would've had half the ground filled.....
The last derby I saw was 1997/98 on a Tuesday evening at London Road, I was in the nice new 5.5k capapcity stand they've got, and we won 1-0 with a very late 89th. minute Jimmy Quinn goal, there was about 5 minutes stoppage time and Cambridge absolutely peppered our goal continuously but we held on...

Liverpool were great, they aren't now. Just a good side now. Seems like every liverpool fan wishes it was still the 80s. Times move on, and Man Utd/Chelsea are the ones to beat now!
