The challenge.

So yesterday me and a mate were playing footy at 7, so decided to go down to the arcades at 5 for some pool. Got there to find all the pool was shut. So we were like what do we do now. Then he starts running his mouth about how since i got a GF i'm a has-been, and how good he in at fruit machines nowadays... thus the challenge was born.
Playing only £5jp machines, you have to make as much as you can in an hour. Loser got the drinks in after footy.
Now obviously you all may think it's £5 jp's what's the point. But this was not about money, purely pride.
So we got started, he curiously started on the 2p nudgers, and was collecting 40/80p. This amused me, so i figured i'd get a good headstart and headed to the extremes. Unfortunately they'd all been seen to by the gentleman in the levitating baseball cap and golf jumper, so i was happy to just scrape evens.
At this point, i took a JP off a beer guide off the hiddens, whilst he spent £6 on an IJ3 for a board and collected nothing. So i went into a good lead.
Then for a laugh i thought i'd try the new andy capp machine, first quid in, and i was on the feature. Survived a couple of close encounters with flo, until it decided to offer me the lottery feature, so forgive my surprise when it offered me all the numbers for the mega streak, which went for a pleasant £13. Which put me at least £15 up at this point.
My mate seeing this seemed to get desperate and started playing lo-techs. To my utter dismay he managed to get a £20 streak off not a lot, bringing it back to a respectable gap.
sadly for him that was as good as it got, he then proceeded to waste about £10 in a crazy fruits, followed by a few more in a red hot wheels.
I felt this was the time to turn the screw, so next door we went, and i got a few JP's off gold diggers by collecting the bottom feature. These extremes were friendlier too.
That was followed shortly by my mate trying to repeat my achievement but getting a win and it starting him on the 2nd from bottom feature which made me chuckle. To finish i then got a JP off a PCB after hitting 2 skill continues(always nice to earn a win) and JP of DOND WOW by it amusingly giving me a multi add, and then every time adding stuff and a message telling me what the next number was till i got the JP.
So after about 45 mins he conceeded, and we went for a sub to cash up.
He lost £7, which makes it even funnier after his random £20 win, and i'd managed to make £24.
In the end he didn't get me a drink, he just promised never to besmirch my good name again, and i figured that and the £31 difference was enough humiliation for one day.
Also forgot to say he topped it all of by playing a £35 DOND that gave him the feature, and £20 £35 and MS left along with 1p and 50p, he no dealed at about £20 odd and you can guess the three it knocked out
