the question is how do most of you switch off and is it truly possible ??

i dont think it is,,,,, its a 24 hour profession, lets say you have no intention of playing and take you your partner, inlaws out for a meal etc ,,,,, the pub has a mc that you regularly play be it a cluedo red whatever, i cant help myself from keeping it in the corner of my eye and lets say a munter plays it and its offered ,,,, you know you can pay for half the meal with the prof,,,,, how many of us could honestly not do the deed? and stay at the table knowing full well that it may be burned if you leave it till later

im first to admit despite the embarrassment and glare of the mrs i would have to get up
the force is weak in this one

If i took a bird out or family and a rovers was ready i would be on it for a fact! cant leave freee money for someone else

Ill just play it after meal or shove a credit in while im eating fuck em i say But my missus isnt bothered(in fact she'd egg me on)and none of the family would be bothered cos they know thats what i do

Very hard. But its my own fault because of chillin out before I go to bed I play on my 360, which apparantly stimulates the mind.

Trayhop, I would defo play the machine. What if you didn't and somebody cleans it out while you are sat chatting bubbles to the in-laws.

i agree, in the past ive seen reels in my dreams whilst sleeping, defo need the playstation or a film last thing before sleep

machine dreams are the worst, this site dont help either lol

You can almost guarantee though that this is the one time you will get hammered by a red
Its happened to me before
I was out on a works do so only had about 10 coins on me too
Stood by an invincible and some guy goes on it
ARB1 first board he did not have a clue
A few boards in and he has taken nothing and its been red every board
Anyway he collects dropzone and just watches as it plummets towards mystery win

He comes off so i have to go on it much to the annoyance of a few of the others
I am told we are leaving in 5 mins so think this will go in soon anyway

People just dont get the fact that it could easily have been £20 in for £70/£105 and your nights paid for
I did catch back up with them and was met with shakes of heads :P
If i left it a numpty would have gone on it and got namefill first board for a £105 top
I will always play something if its 'there' even when this can happen

24/7 all year round.. no way out of it

I was in a pub with a VIU, idiot playing, had been RBing for about 15. But was with a girl i had been with all night, explained to her the situation, (probably a bad idea i know, i said its what i do, she said but what if you lose, i wont.) Anyway, i talked myself out of it, after all what is more valuble, a good shag or £22 from that VIU?
