They won't be able to replace it with a machine with licence issues. ie DOND, Rovers. I expect something like a "Horn of Plenty" to turn up.

Isn't it sad that a) we watch BellEnders and b) as soon as the machine gets smashed we all think the same thing.
Expect a Barcrest, because I can remember High Flyer (obviously), CBW, Golden Dragon and Spice is Right. Thats 4 machines in around 8 years.
No wonder all the locals are miserable tw*ts!

There's still a Dosh 'n' Pecks in the bookies and the golden dragon and SIR ended up in Phil Mitchells snooker club (which burned down).
The new pub (where the new 'firm' hang out) has a club cluedo and a Club casino crazy.
It'll be interesting to see in when the new machine arrives whether they still use the backing sound effects with the golden dragon samples.
I agree though, it seems a barcrest genesis cab seems inevitable. Maybe a horizon cab might show up though and we'll see gus 'doing' an unchipped extreme in the background.

No, the CBW used to be there and the high-flyer was tucked round the other side of the bar. Then they went down to one machine (not surprised as they never get played and when they do it's in attract mode!) and the 'flyer' went to the front by the doors and the CBW went.
Sad really isn't it!! It's the first thing I do when I watch a new series is scope out the fruits in the pub, I remember the old channel 4 series 'teachers' had some good fruits and I spotted a rovers on an episode of wife swap!
