Seen a £2 stake random spinner, who to report to?

In an arcade I don't really like. Is it ethical to take a picture of it to bribe with a threat to report them to... BACTA??

Im aware there was a "lenient" time period, but surely that must be over now! Its quite a dingy small arcade so they probably think they've got away with it.

Maybe someone will see it and grass them up.

Or maybe someone will go in and have a shot at it, cos they miss the £2 a shot fun.

But whilst we're grassing folk up, Mitchells in Falkirk have all sorts of these old S16 machines still there (or at least they did last week).
