My local arcade still has lots of machines that shouldnt be there after Sept 1st.

If I play them today and lose do you think if I put a claim in in the small claims court I could reclaim my money as the machines are illegal?

Just a thought ?

The Section 16 machines will be switched off today as they are illegal.
