Finally got my first £105 top last night on jailbirds. :) :)

Having a couple of pints not really playing machines and some lad lobs about £30 in jailbirds recycling wins and leaves with nothing.

Get on it £30 in for a £105 top

Does anybody have any favourite machines for £105 tops?

Must have had at least 10 £105 tops on jailbirds. Can cost, but VERY rarely goes less than £70. Even after £70 tops there is still some good value in them.

Had only 1 £105 on a red - CCP in a service station of all places!! Obviously had tons of staggered £105's but just give to me in one big hit - I like it that way!!

Just like to add Jailbirds to my list
Cost me £58 for it today

Strange this
No key on me, no notechanger but it started on £4
So i chased it
I was very very worried as i put my 50th pound in and it had still not gone down the back :?
But it had been stacking and cashpots had been up around £30
After £53 it went down the back

When the top came i was expecting just £35
Nice to see it repeat once but twice i was shocked

So it was £52 off no notechanger and does a £105 for £47 profit

why would you be worried about the situation if the first board started on £4 lol, its hardly going to be a big loss is it...

jailbirds is a really strange machine on £35jp, I've had £70 tops that have say cost £70 from it high starting to get, then they've gone dead, only to give it again £30ish later out of the blue (ie. having not high started for the entire time) for another £70 or even £105, certainly the £35 one is a mile better than the £25 50p play one.

Because i was expecting a flat £35
The term very very worried was a bit strong i agree
Slightly pissed off was more like it :P

I have had one give £35 and die that was £4 starting and cost £60
I agree it is good on £35 though

Jailbirds seems to like throwing in that board which takes the Cashpot up to £33.80, yet it wants another £25 through it before it'll award the top.

For me, the sign that it's about to go is the award of No Lose and/or Taxi. Everything else seems to come along too often to be considered a 'sign'.

Must also agree that on 50p stake, a £35 top seems very rare ...

No lose and taxi aren't really good signs IMO, offers them all the time. You either need a nice stack on the cash or £4+ on level 1 of the shots as the only signs. They are a guaranteed 2 tops on 50p, so as long as you chase from the right place you should be ok. I still prefer £25'ers as the £35'ers seem to take much longer to go in.

Agreed. I prefer the £25ers, £35 can require quite a bit of investment before they go sometimes ... although the £105 top is very nice 8)
